Peter is a successful business owner who developed, ran, and recently sold a tourism company based in Costa Rica. His real estate experience spans working at a Texas-based title company owned and operated by his family, and buying oil and gas mineral rights. He previously led major donor development for a nonprofit and uses that expertise in cultivating relationships and negotiating deals to guide his real estate career.

Kelsea Moorman

Kelsea oversees the creative aspect to all marketing efforts, including copy writing, design, advertising and social media. She also makes sure the business runs smoothly handling finance, business processes, technology and partner/vendor relationships.
She is a seasoned business owner and expert at branding, marketing, public relations and business strategy. She has worked with companies across the globe to build their brands and expand their customer reach.
Kelsea’s perspective is shaped from her experience starting her own consulting business and working at a top public relations firm in New York City. Her clients included hedge funds, private equity firms and investment banks. She developed public relations programs targeting high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors. She also worked with GE Capital Real Estate to manage its reputation and public profile throughout the financial crisis.
Kelsea previously ran marketing, PR and brand development for a global financial services company based in the Cayman Islands. Most recently, Kelsea and her husband, Peter, built, managed and ultimately sold a tourism company in Costa Rica.
